不知名的花开了

用尽全力
怒放最灿烂的一刻
匆匆谢了

你也匆匆别了
走过的足迹
留下巨大的身影

离去如花谢
用尽一生的奋斗
却绽放永恒的光彩
怎不留名千古
叫人敬仰

In remembrance of a great fighter, who lived his life to the fullest. Though his departure was as fast as flowers withering away, his name will be forever remembered and respected.

筑巢三代

昨日到古物收藏家处
意外碰见了这独特的鸟窝
据说已在这儿筑巢三代
主人万般珍惜小心翼翼呵护
一般不允许旁人接近
怕惊吓了里头的两只稚鸟

谈起鸟来筑巢的历史
主人滔滔不绝
看来早已把它当成家中一分子
拍了照后鸟妈妈频频来回巡查
看看稚鸟是否安全健在
随后又飞到门前的花树
吸取花蜜来回哺喂

鸟巢的设计
代代的鸟儿回巢传宗接代
大自然的神奇不在话下
主人的爱护有加
更是人与自然界和谐共处
美丽的篇章

Encountered this nest when visited a heritage items private collector's house yesterday. The birds have been nesting here for three generations! In order not to frighten the bird, I was not very near to it when i took the picture. As expected, the mother bird came back repeatedly to check if her two kids were safe and sound, before she went around to collect nectar for feeding. Witness the beauty of nature and human

Bumped into an elderly couple taking a photo in the sunset. 'Old thing' was what the agong called the ama, but sounded the sweetest of all other phrases heard before between lovers.

清明给爷爷奶奶写信

敬爱的爷爷奶奶
这不是我第一次拜祭你们
却是首次让你们上来面子书
让无法前去的家人共思亲

这也不是我第一次
给你们的家添新红笔印
却是首次和已成人的小弟
一人一边合力完成

这更不是第一次给你们烧冥纸
却是继多年前供品转素以后
首次向家人建议将钱捐助贫苦人
以如此功德继续庇荫子孙

很多很多的非首次
却是第一次给你们写信
第一次发现'大麻'二字
是你们在大埔县里的老乡镇

A first time letter to my grandpa and grandma- For the first time i posted you on FB to let family members who can't attend to express their remembrance; For the first time i painted your 'house' together with my already-grown up brother; For the first time i suggested not to burn incense paper but donate the money to help the needy, and for the first time i realise the two words 'Da Ma' (commonly meant as Marijuana) is actually the name of your village in China.
