看人摸黑起早只为下一餐饭

富贫差距情何以堪
理想如何才不沦为空谈？

Have nvr been to airport and Sentosa so frequently. Travelling cross island has become a new norm, seeing all walks of lives, and witnessing the furthest gap between rich and poor.

在考试结束后
让人感觉份外舒畅

与土地公结缘至今
今次备考尤其紧张
临考当天上午
仍赴约处理事务
思绪在古籍与房产之间碰撞
透不过气却出奇激励

 
与一年前相比
零碎时间善用率提高
还好，无需抱佛脚

A real test for me to juggle between real estate work and studies, when it comes to my term exam, long after i enjoyed flexible working hours for nearly one year. Self discipline and fully making use of 'idle' time are the key factors for the balance.

结果隔了几天
回复说其中一间
妈妈走上楼
屋外绕了圈就感觉不对
另外一间更厉害
妈妈去了它隔壁家
就觉得太旧不合适
两家都不看了
看来妈妈能通神哪
还能说什么呢
只好咖啡一杯茶一杯

新加坡国土虽小
深入其中
才知风貌之盛
这里传统华人商街纵横交错
却不乏各国外籍客工
龙蛇混杂之地
却也是莲花清净乡

这样穿街走巷
似乎才与大地接轨
不知道自己是否属土
但实实在在感觉地气
芽笼芽笼
取名源自工厂
还是鸡笼？

注：工厂马来语称为 Kilang. 因当时此处有大量椰林和柠檬草种植园，衍生出许多以此为原料加工的厂房。

Geylang, a place nourished with all kind of lifestyles. Rows of traditional shops and flooded with foreign workers from various countries. A red light area, yet a place with many religious institution, forming a unique part of Singapore. Not sure how it obtained its name? From Malay 'Kilang' or Hokkien 'Chicken Cages'?

Never thought that I'd cook so frequently in my life. Thanks to flexible working hours, I manage to cook lunches and spend more time with my son since last school holidays.

换换引擎

像一部开不动的车子
年久失修
再怎么加油也难以启动

对生活有这种感觉的时候
不妨参加培训或课程
找回激情与冲动

换个引擎当然会痛
却能将阻塞
观念想法一一打通

Sometimes we are just lost, like an old car with no maintenance. There's no way to boost the energy by just keep adding fuel. It's painful to overhaul the engine but worth to do so as that's the only way to work things out.
